REIKI WORKSHOPS - A BRIEF SUMMARY

Reiki is not only a healing art but also a path towards self-realisation empowering the individual to make positive changes in their life.  Anyone can learn Reiki.  No special skills or qualifications are required only the desire to learn and all you need are your hands.

Most people instinctively know if they want to learn Reiki and whether I am the right person to teach them and generally speaking people come to me when they are ready to make positive changes in their lives.  However some people are drawn to Reiki but not quite sure whether it is for them.  For this purpose I host an introductory workshop.

AN INTRODUCTION TO REIKI

 I host an Introduction to Reiki evening at least once a month so that people can make an informed decision whether training is right for them and whether I am the right teacher. During the workshop students learn Reiki history as well as what training with me entails. We will cover what Reiki is and what it isn't and  full Reiki treatment is included so that you can experience it for yourself with  no obligation whatsoever to book a Reiki course. 

1ST DEGREE REIKI

Training takes place over two full days and is in very small groups and often one-to-one to ensure individual attention.  The class is open to everyone and no prior knowledge is required.  However, where possible I do like to have a chat over the telephone or meet clients prior to them attending the workshop. 

2ND DEGREE REIKI - PRACTITIONER LEVEL

This workshop is open to students who have been practising at 1st degree level for a minimum of three months.  This workshop spans two full days with a follow-up meeting on completion of case studies and again training is in very small groups and is designed to suit the individual. 

REIKI EXCHANGE GROUP

I also host monthly Reiki exchange groups for all  students to come along and give and receive Reiki with like minded people.  The feedback I have had from this group is very positive and new students tell me the added practice has given them greater confidence.

MEDITATION AND REIKI SELF-HEALING

Meditation and Reiki go hand in hand and this workshop is for students who would like to learn some simple meditation techniques  to enhance their Reiki practice and further their spiritual development.  Each session will be different and include self-healing working with colour, music, mantra or white noise alongside Reiki and there will be a guided visualisation.

REIKI WITH CRYSTALS

Many Reiki practitioners feel drawn to working with crystals and this short workshop will give you the confidence to work intuitively using crystals alongside your Reiki practice.

ADVANCED JAPANESE REIKI TECHNIQUES

Advanced techniques are incorporated in Reiki 2 training with the emphasis on working intuitively using reiji ho and byosen ho but because there is so much to fit into two days I run an optional one-day workshop for Reiki 2 practitioners who would like to learn and practice further Japanese Reiki techniques. 

This workshops is also ideal for students who have trained elsewhere and who haven't learned any Japanese Reiki giving  the opportunity to learn what my students learn at 1st and 2nd degree level as well as more advanced techniques. 

3RD DEGREE REIKI - MASTER/TEACHER LEVEL

Students will know if and when they are ready to progress to this level and need to be aware that 3rd Degree Reiki is a huge commitment which basically means dedicating your life to Reiki. Therefore the Master/Practitioner training and Master/Teacher mentorship programme are only available following interview.
