1st Degree Reiki training workshops with Barnsley Reiki Master1ST DEGREE REIKI A two-day workshop combining Japanese and Western Reiki with four spiritual attunements empowering students to self-heal as well as treat family, friends, pets, plants etc. Training is limited to very small groups or one-to-one to ensure individual attention and most workshops are held at New Beginnings above my home in Barnsley and more information about training is available on my website at http://www.freewebs.com/reikinewbeginnings and also at http://reikinewbeginnings.mysite.orange.co.uk A brief overview of the course follows:- * Reiki history. * What Reiki is and isn't. * Hatsu Lei Ho - Reiki principles, gassho meditation+breathing technique. * Gyoshi Ho. * Koki Ho. * Kenyoku Ho. * Jacki Kiri Joka Ho. * How to detect energy and scan the aura. * Chakras and meridians. * Chakra balancing. * Western hand positions. * Self-healing. * Working with animals and plants. * Healing others. * Reiki ethics. The price is £130 and this includes lunches and refreshments, a comprehensive training manual and access to ongoing support. In addition students receive free subsciption to my quarterly magazine containing Reiki and natural health articles and have the opportunity give and receive Reiki with like minded people at the regular Reiki share group meetings. A 21-day self-healing programme follows the workshop and after feedback students receive their certificate. Anyone can learn Reiki. No special skills or qualifications are rquired only the desire to learn. All you need are your hands.
