2nd Degree Reiki training with Barnsley Reiki Master2ND DEGREE REIKI This is a 2-day workshop building on what was taught at Reiki 1 with the emphasis on working intuitively using Reiji Ho and Byosen Ho and with attunement to three sacred symbols. This is practitioner level therefore students will need to have been practising at level 1 for at least three months and will need to produce case studies and complete a self-healing period following the workshop. The Reiki symbols amplify the energy and facilitate healing through time and space and more information about Reiki training can be found by visiting me at http://www.freewebs.com/reikinewbeginnings and also at http://reikinewbeginnings.mysite.orange.co.uk A brief overview of what is included in the workshop follows:- * Attunement to three Reiki symbols. * Learning how to draw them, their meaning and mantra. * How and when to use the symbols. * Space clearing using the symbols. * Distance healing techniques. * Mental/emotional healing.Training includes the following:- * Working with a Reiki box. * Aura massage. * The three pillars of Reiki. * Byosen Ho. * Reiji Ho. * Connecting with your guides. * Mental/emotional healing both hands-on and distance. * Regressional mental/emotional healing. *Connecting with animals, trees etc. * Meditation with the Reiki symbols. * Activating the memory using the symbols. * Manifesting with Reiki. * Reiki ethics. * How to set up a Reiki practice. The workshop will also review Reiki 1 techniques such as:- * Hatsu Lei Ho. * Gyoshi. * Koki Ho. * Kenyoku Ho. * Jacki Kiri Joka Ho. In addition, depending on their progress, students learn further advanced Japanese such as:- * Hanshin Chiryo * Hanshin Koketsu * Ketsuki Kokan However, because there is so much to learn in Reiki 2 I host a short workshop for Reiki 2 students to gain further hands-on practice with these advanced Japanese techniques at a later stage in their practice. The investment in training to practitioner level is £200 and this includes lunches and refreshments, a comprehensive training manual as well as access to ongoing support. There is also free subscription to my news magazine New Beginnings which contains Reiki and natural health articles and students have the opportunity to give and receive Reiki with other students at the exchange group meetings. The case studies and self-healing can be completed at leisure and students might find it useful to keep a journal. On completion a follow-up meeting is arranged to discuss their experiences and receive the practitioner certificate.
