REIKI AND HOLISTIC MASSAGE

 A full body massage based on Swedish massage techniques incorporating Reiki to promote deep relaxation, ease aches and pains and soothe sensory nerve endings thereby relieving stress and tension. 

Massage therapy improves blood and lymph flow to eliminate waste products and direct nutrients to every cell in the body effectively boosting the immune system and adding radiance to the skin.  The treatment is greatly enhanced with the addition of Reiki which is incorporated throughout the treatment  to encourage healing on  a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level.

 REIKI AND STRESS MASSAGE

A stress massage concentrates on the back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp  where tension often accumulates. Using a range of massage techniques to ease aches and pains and relieve stress and tension this massage is deeply relaxing and the healing effects are amplified with the addition of Reiki. 

The treatment focuses on the back and includes the neck and face as well as a gentle scalp massage finishing with a chakra balance making it  the perfect antidote to the fast pace of modern living.

HEALTH &  LIFESTYLE CONSULTATION

A full health and lifestyle consultation precedes all treatments to check for any contraindications to treatment in which case your GP's permission will be required.  This also allows you to make an informed decision as to whether Massage with Reiki might help you.

 DURATION OF TREATMENT

Massage with Reiki usually lasts between 1-11/2 hours but you will need to allow a couple of hours to include the consulation.

 AFTERCARE ADVICE

Aftercare advice is given to prolong the therapeutic effects of the treatment and this may take the form of healthy eating advice or more specific nutritional advice, relaxation exercises, working with affirmations etc as required.
