DURATION OF TREATMENT
Most treatments last around 1 hour 15 minutes but you need to allow 2 hours to include your consultation and aftercare advice.
AFTERCARE ADVICE
Aftercare advice will be provided to support your wellbeing and this might take the form of breathing/relaxation exercises, working with colour, mantra or affirmations etc and as a nutritionist I am able to recommend a healthy eating plan.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday to Friday and there is a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.

The number of sessions required will be discussed during your health and lifestyle consultation and really depends on why you are seeking treatment.
